What STEP Fusion products are currently available?
At this time, the STEP Assistant is available. Additional products are coming in the future. Check our website and social media pages for updates.
Can I buy just one device for my family member or friend?
We are currently focusing on working with organizations, such as assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and home care organizations. However, please contact us if you have a specific need for a single device for a loved one.
I don't see any information about cost. How much does the STEP Assistant cost?
We intentionally don't have cost information on our website because cost varies based on the features needed, and the quantity purchased. Our goal is to make the device affordable; we only want you to pay for the features that solve the challenges that you are currently having. Additionally, because the STEP Assistant promotes more efficient care, we hope that the device will save you money!
How does the subscription work?
Instead of buying the devices outright, we encourage a subscription service. Service agreements for the device are generally for 12 months. You will receive email alerts when new features and upgrades are available.
How do STEP Fusion products ensure privacy
STEP Fusion devices do not use video cameras and do not record audio of users. Any data associated with a user profile, settings, custom prompts, and reports is privately stored on our server. Only authorized users, family, and care providers can access the information.
